Minimum order $500
5 working days notice required.

Is there a delivery fee?

Free delivery within a 500m radius of our Bridge Street store for orders over $25, otherwise a small fee will apply.

What are the payment options?

We accept Company cheque, Cash or EFT (if paying by EFT please send a remittance to contactus@imstarvin.com.au)
Cash or cheque (COD) is required for the delivery of your first order
then if you are a business we will automatically setup a 7 day account.

How late can I place an order?

Same day orders are possible by phone only.
However we prefer your order by 4pm the previous day.
Same day delivery service charge 0 -3hrs 15% surcharge applies

Do you cater for lactose and gluten free diets?

Yes we have a selection of both lactose and gluten free menu items available. Refer to our store menu.
