I’m Starvin is the trading name of Basar Corporation Pty Ltd. that is made up of three directors, Roland Baumgartner, Dany Gruosso and John Sartor. Basar Corporation Pty Ltd is a private company set up by two of the existing partners in February 2002.
Roland Baumgartner
Provides the food expertise and is responsible for product development and operating systems.
Worked in various restaurants and hotels in Switzerland and Australia.
Apprenticeship as Baker/confectioner and apprenticeship as Chef in St.Gallen, Switzerland.
Setting up and running the production and development of food products under the Jones The Grocer label in April 1998.
Head Chef position at Kingsleys Steak House, Jones The Grocer in Sydney and Restaurant Weinerberg in St.Gallen, Switzerland.
