Is there a delivery fee?

Free delivery within a 1km radius of our Bridge Street store for orders over $50, otherwise a small fee will apply.

What are the payment options?

We accept Credit Cards, Company cheque, Cash or EFT (if paying by EFT please send a remittance to accounts@imstarvin.com.au)
Credit Card incur 3% Surcharge, Cash or cheque (COD) is required for the delivery of your first order
then if you are a business we will automatically setup a 7 day account.

How do I place an order?

Once we receive your order we will call or email you to confirm. If you do not receive this email or phone call please notify us.

How late can I place an order?

Same day orders are possible by phone only.
However we prefer your order by 4pm the previous day.
Same day delivery service charge 0-3hrs 10% surcharge applies

Do you cater for lactose and gluten free diets?

Yes we have a selection of both lactose and gluten free menu items available. Refer to our Store Menu
